At Burkardt’s LP Gas, we believe our customers deserve great service, and we work hard to make that happen. At Burkardt’s LP Gas, you have the option of a variety of payment and delivery plans to help make using propane easy! Please let us know which programs best suit your lifestyle.

Payment Options

 

Budget Plan
If more control over energy spending sounds appealing, enroll in our Budget Plan. Burkardt’s LP Gas calculates your annual propane usage and spreads this amount into 12 lower monthly payments.  Budget Pay helps make payment of your propane bills a whole lot easier. This worry-free payment option provides you with Keep Full delivery service so you’ll never worry about running out of propane. No special trip charges for out of gas service and you always get our Fixed Price Cap rate. Payments are interest free as long as Budget payments are made on time.   Please contact Paula if you are interested in this payment option.
Pay As You Go
Burkardt’s LP Gas customers who wish to pay for their gas as it is delivered will receive a delivery ticket.  Payments are due on the 25th of the following month.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
For your convenience, Burkardt’s LP Gas offers convenient  payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from the checking or savings account of your choice. Monthly Budget Plan payments may also be set up with this easy automatic withdrawal option.   Please contact Paula if you are interested in this payment option.
Credit Card Payment

You can make payments with your Visa or MasterCard. Just give us a call if you would to take advantage of this convenient option.  We charge a 2% convenience fee to use a debit or credit card.

Delivery Options

Keep Full
When you’re a member of our Keep Full program, Burkardt’s LP Gas monitors your propane use and makes sure you always have propane when you need it. Keep Full also helps ensure you never experience an undesirable out-of-gas situation.

If you are a member of Keep Full, we do ask that you let us know if you’ve had any lifestyle changes that could alter your energy use. These types of changes would include adding a propane-powered appliance, having a baby, extended house guest, pool heater, etc.

Call (815) 946-3081 to enroll in our free Keep Full program and forget about running out of gas!

Will Call
If you prefer to call in for your propane deliveries please monitor your tank gauge and call us when it reads between 20-30 percent. This will ensure that your delivery can be made in a timely manner to avoid a potentially hazardous out-of-gas situation and the added fees that come with emergency deliveries. You can also call us to switch to Keep Full delivery and we’ll take care of it for you.
